Sum Bar - A Unique Evening Experience

I was thrilled to be invited to try out the dishes at this restaurant with the cool tagline “Dim Sum for All”. How could I say no to dim sum? And boy, was it delicious!

Just a few blocks from Greenville Main Street is this gray building with large windows, offering a glimpse into its clean, modern interiors with red paper lanterns hanging from the ceiling, adding an Asian flair.

The most unusual aspect of this place is that it’s open only in the evenings and serves a combination of dim sum and drinks/cocktails; a concept I’ve never encountered before but one that makes perfect sense, as I’ve often craved dim sum for dinner.

We ordered several dishes from their menu, including the adorable ‘bunny’ container mocktail for my wife (I couldn’t resist drawing the cute bunny too). I was informed that 95% of their dishes are made from scratch, and the flavors truly reflected that.

The entire experience was top-notch, and to be completely transparent, although I was invited to try their dishes, my wife and I are definitely coming back on our own and we highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a great dim sum experience in the evenings!
